A welcome, step by step
Each step on its own day, counted from the start.
A journey welcomes every new athlete. A rule spots seven days without a session, or a reported pain, then acts. Messages go out between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
A journey chains its steps, each on its own day: welcome, habit, starting photos, videos. It starts at payment, at sign-up, or when you launch it.
Each step on its own day, counted from the start.
Each offer launches its journey. Or you launch it from the profile.
One token in the text, and each reads their own.
You choose when, for whom and what: a message to the athlete, an alert for you, a task on your list. A rule never acts twice for the same thing.

Before you save, the number of athletes it applies to.
At night, it waits. An alert goes out right away.

Your words, by day. Never at night.
Photos, check-in, measurement: under “To do today”.

Athletes already in it follow the new version, and steps already done don't go out again. You can stop a journey in progress. An athlete follows only one at a time.
The delivery is retried later, up to four times: one hour, two, four, then eight hours after. Every delivery is signed, and a received check-in never sends the answers.
You did it for your first five athletes. Fitinova exists so you don’t have to give that up at forty.
