A day that fills up
1:1 or group, in person or by video call.
You describe a session type, open its slots, and your athletes book in the app. Credits are deducted, and the waitlist moves up on its own.
Once, or every week for up to twelve weeks. Your athletes book in the app, spots count down, and a full class opens its waitlist.
1:1 or group, in person or by video call.
Each booking takes a spot. Once full, it can’t be booked.
A freed spot goes to the first person with credits.
Length, spots, credits, cancellation cutoff, location or video link, open to all or to some: you set it once, on the session type.
Length, spots, credits, cancellation cutoff.
A location, or a link that becomes “Join.”
Every booking and every cancellation leaves a dated entry.
A session pack is bought on your storefront and turns into credits. Out of credits? The app sends the athlete to your page.
Bought online, added to their credits.
Every attendee gets a message, every credit comes back.
They see their credits and open slots, book, and cancel up to the cutoff. The session joins their training, with a reminder the day before.
Spots left and the price in credits, on every slot.
The booked session joins their week. On video: “Join.”
They don’t forget. You don’t chase.

Not directly: booking happens in the app, so as your athlete. A new client first buys a session or a pack on your storefront, then books with their credits.
No. The last spot is only given once: the spot, the credits and the athlete’s calendar change together, or nothing changes.
No. A slot keeps its type’s terms from the moment you open it. What’s already booked doesn’t move; future slots take the new rules.
You did it for your first five athletes. Fitinova exists so you don’t have to give that up at forty.
